Leadership

Pastors Brian and Kelly pioneered Harvest Church International, Eugene, in 1994. After 7 years in the Army, Brian attended and graduated Rhema Bible Training College in 1992 at their Tulsa, OK campus. Kelly has a BS in elementary education from Western Oregon University, and taught in Salem for three years before marrying Brian. After helping in Church On The Move's youth ministry, Brian became the youth pastor and Bus director for Willie George at COTM in Tulsa.  Brian and Kelly have a great love and desire for the move of the Holy Spirit in the Church.  Their relevant and anointed ministry makes clear the powerful life found in Jesus Christ and opens up the way for the Kingdom of God to be manifested on earth.

Jared and Anastasia have moved to Oregon in 2020 from Tulsa Oklahoma, where they meant while  attending Rhema Bible College.  After graduating Rhema they felt the call to come to Oregon to teach the children's church at HCI. Their passion is to help the children, discern the truth, and know the Word .

Pastor Tim and his wife Joan both have a heart to see people saved & discipled.  In the past, they have served in various ministries such as college campus & church pastoring.  Pastor Tim is a graduate of Rhema Bible College. Pastor Tim and Joan came to HCI in 2008; currently Pastor Tim is our Discipleship Pastor and Joan serves in our Children’s Ministry.

As Associate Pastor and Praise and Worship Pastor - Jordan is a true “son of the house.” Currently, Jordan also helps in leadership with Acts Youth as well as oversees the Harvest Kids’ Worship Team an is dean of XploreNations bible college.  With an infectious zeal and the heart of David, Pastor Jordan leads the HCI family into the presence of our Father and our King Jesus.

Pastor Patrick and Lisa Carol Jorden are transplants from San Diego to Eugene in 2014 and have been joyfully serving since.  Patrick is a leader in our EveryMans Ministry and our Outreach ministries, which includes Prison Ministry and leading Recovery classes from alcohol and substance abuse while Lisa Carol supports the church office. Lisa Carol is also a graduate of XploreNations Bible College (2023) and now instructor for the school.

Pastor Dave graduated Teen Challenge Ministry Institute (TCMI) in 1984 and later studied Psychology and Counseling at Northwest Christian University. Today Pastor Dave serves as the Outreach Pastor at HCI ministering to the community as a whole. Connie graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership from XploreNations Bible College here at our Eugene campus.  She helps as needed with Pastor Dave also serves in children's ministry in the 2 and 3 year old class.

Pastor Tim and Marilyn are graduates of Rhema Bible Training College. They arrived here at HCI in 2010 and have pastored and served in numerous positions in many churches over the years in the Lane County area. They are currently the HCI Prayer Pastors and Marilyn is the Director of the Nursery.

Rick and Kathy have served here at HCI since 1999, they both have a great passion for helping the body grow. They Pastor the Golden Harvesters which is the 55 and older group here at HCI. Rick serves in many areas including our security team.  andPastor Kathy also is an Associate with the Supernatural Team and helps with visitation and other aspects in prayer ministry. They have a Love for the Lord with a true Servant’s Heart.
