You received this link because it is time to renew you ministerial credentials with Harvest Church International.  Whether you are currently licensed or ordained through HCI, we are honored to have you as part of our ministry family!
Ministry is the highest calling on the Earth, and at HCI we do not take it lightly.  Although many can be licensed and ordained by paying a nominal fee over the internet (or by other means), we recognize that there is much more that qualifies people for ministry.
In order to make the renewal process smoother, we have created this webpage to help with the process.
Regardless of the month issued, a HCI license expires on December 31 of the year issued. To renew a license or an ordination, it will be necessary to file the Ministerial Credential Renewal Form accompanied by the biennial fee of $50.  Any renewal form (including the fee) not received by January 31st, 2021 will be subject to an additional $10.00 late fee.  Full time missionaries out of country are exempt from this fee.  It is necessary to maintain active ministry in order to qualify for renewal. In the event that a minister does not qualify at renewal time, their file will simply be placed on inactive status with HCI and their credentials are to be returned to HCI until such time as they once again meet all necessary requirements.
Below are links for HCI’s Guidelines, Tenants of Faith, and Ministerial Ethics.  Please read them prior to filling out your application for renewal.  Note: the Renewal Application link directs you to our e360giving platform for your security.
Blessings and Abundant Peace be over you!
Please note, you will be asked to attach a “passport” style photo with your application.  This photo is required for your ministry license card which will be issued upon approval of your renewal application.  The photo should include your shoulders and full face with a solid background with good lighting.  See example below:
