Pastor Brian’s Take: James, the half brother of Jesus and the Great Pastor of the Church in Jerusalem, begins a great lesson on Words we all need to hear and heed.

The words we speak are important to the life we live. God wants us to grow up and not "Fail with our Words" as James says. If we heed this teaching, we are headed into, he says we will be. "powerful enough to control ourselves in every way, and that means our character is mature and fully developed.“

”Your calling is to fulfill the royal law of love as given to us in this Scripture: “You must love and value your neighbor as you love and value yourself!” For keeping this law is the noble way to live. But when you show prejudice you commit sin and you violate this royal law of love! For the one who attempts to keep all of the law of Moses but fails in just one point has become guilty of breaking the law in every respect! For the same One who tells us, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” Now if you don’t commit adultery but do commit murder, you are still guilty as a law-breaker. So we must both speak and act in every respect like those who are destined to be tried by the perfect law of liberty, and remember that judgment is merciless for the one who judges others without mercy. So by showing mercy, you take dominion over judgment!“

”My dear brothers and sisters, fellow believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ—how could we say that we have faith in him and yet we favor one group of people above another? Suppose an influential man comes into your worship meeting wearing gold rings and expensive clothing, and also a homeless man in shabby clothes comes in. If you show special attention to the rich man in expensive clothes and say, “Here’s a seat of honor for you right up front!” but you turn and say to the poor beggar dressed in rags, “You can stand over here,” or “Sit over there on the floor in the back,” then you’ve demonstrated gross prejudice among yourselves and used evil standards of judgment!“

I love this last statement:
"evil standards of judgment!“ This is the way of the current world system on how they value people. This should never be in the Church among God's people. At the cross, Jesus leveled the playing field ⛪️

Genesis 1;2 The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.

Because you prayed and believed in Me. I AM your only hope.

To all warriors today:
 Pay attention. You are hearing Me today.

My Take:  according to this scripture everyone need's spiritual leaders in their lives. But they must be leaders who:

- Keep watch over your souls (by prayer and life investment)

- Know they will give account to God for what they do.

- Stay the course with you wether it's a heavy burden or pleasure.

This is where Good Local Churches come in. ⛪️ Make sure you are in one serving God's people. It's the only place of real joy and Bible Obedience - Love You All ♥️⛪️

Numbers 25:17   Be hostile to the Midianites and attack them;

*I will get you out from all this.* violent (violent is Hamas in Hebrew) leaders.*

Psalm 18:48 He rescues me from my enemies; You indeed lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from a violent man.

*Pray because I "hears" you all.*

1 John 5:14 This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

*You can lift up your faith and joy.*
